From the team behind London’s premiere American restaurant, The Lockhart in Marylebone, Shotgun Barbecue delivers authentic American barbecue in a New Orleans-style cocktail lounge to Soho. Leading the culinary direction is Mississippi-born chef/partner Brad McDonald, while award-winning bartender James Stevenson leads the drinks program.

The name Shotgun itself is derivative of the most common residential architecture found the Southeast United States, most prominently in New Orleans and Charleston. With a long, narrow footprint, legend has it that you could open the front door of shotgun houses and shoot straight down the corridor to the backdoor.
